I'm guessing massive pressure is the cause?

I think we should keep this on the downlow before all the offense-lovers say this is a bug and needs to be fixed.

Yes I am well aware that is against a CPU team but still... Had one or two in other games this season on thrown aways and one last season if I remember correctly.
