1 Green Bay Maulers
2 Cincinnati Shockers: Ssn after ssn after ssn, a flat out great team.
3 Monmouth Evil Monkeys: Scary game against TX, but a W all the same. Another consistently great team.
4 Washington Wolfpack: I don’t count them in the rankings, but their scrim against the Shockers, as well as their important W over HHW, still shows that they are now hitting their groove.
5 Las Vegas Gamblers: I know they have 2 Ls, but I think Hazy made the mistake of looking past Rickey and believe he’d get the W if they play again. Also, Copeland is an extremely dangerous weapon and, with over a 10 ypc ave, is used in a way that alters the entire game.
6 Chicago Hedgehogs: Very very good team. The only ? is if they are a great team. Their 4 game stretch near the end of ssn will answer that. They go 2-2, 3-1 or 4-0 and I’d have to say they are.
7 Compton Vikings: Rather quietly putting together a damn good ssn. They are perhaps the most improved team.
8 Honolulu Hurricane Warriors: Splitting their games against the WolfPack and MM shows they are still a team that can bite you on the ass…Hard
9 Minnesota Marauders: With their only 2 losses being by a combined 4 points, they could just as easily be #1 as #9. Any team that views them as the underdog is making a mistake.
10 Alpine Golfers: 6 of their next 7 games make for an absolutely brutal stretch. They’ve had a little easier schedule than most thus far, but they also deserve to be in the top 10 right now.
11 ***Official*** Footballguys: ***O*** continues to breath, thanks to Hulk
12 Indianapolis Gurupies: Their only 3 Ls have all come against top 10 teams.
13 Texas Roughnecks: They’re showing they are for real.
14 Northwest Arkansas Naturals: Currently going toe to toe with the big boys of the East
15 Over The Rhine Red Dots: A great team that’s doing well, but not quite as well as I suspect they wish they were
16 San Diego Lightning: All 3 of their Ls have come against top quality teams.
17 Washington Bullets: I know they just beat OTR, and I’ve got OTR ranked higher, but the Bullets just aren’t quite as consistent as I’d like to see them. They’re a dangerous as hell team that could beat absolutely anyone in GLB. If they can manage to take 2 of their next 3 (and I could see it happening), I’ll jack them way up.
18 Parma Burglars: Starting to come on…Seems they may be turning the corner.
19 Richey Royals: Facing a very important 3 game stretch where they could come out of it 8-5, and will need it with a killer closing stretch.
20 Detroit Demon Lions: I think TSE has quit, though I hope I’m wrong.
21 Lincoln Navigators: Last 2 games seem to indicate that they’ve definitely slipped this ssn.
22 Las Vegas Freebirds: So close
23 South Bay Spartans: Good team that just doesn’t seem to be trying very hard
24 Pittsburgh Steel: Their game against a very strong Alpine team seems indicate they’re turning things around.
25 Carolina Hammer: Missing something this ssn.
26 Bourbon Street Bullies: Just don’t seem to be trying this ssn.
27 Columbus Woodys: Unless they hang it up (and I hope they don’t), they’ll stick around for another ssn. Could VERY easily regroup and take a jump this off ssn.
28 NY-CA Ground Pounders: Looks like they’ll hang on for another ssn. Actually, they aren’t losing that badly.
29 Dallas Vaqueros: Having played Spicewood at full strength may have doomed them
30 Chocolate City Cha Chings
31 Kalamazoo Coyotes
32 Spicewood Longhorns

Thanks PP.

Wolfpack defensively have been a different team since day 10 - even the Minnesota loss/points allowed wasn't nearly as bad as it first appears.

NY-CA is the best lousy record team around. Unfortunately, they are stuck in a morale death spiral because too many people - management included - have never actually lose 2-3 in a row before, much less more...so were unaware of dealing with the morale loss via daily training. The season is pretty much toast for them, but next season they'll be improved. Not amazing, but improved.

Nice rankings PP and I agree - I did overlook Richey and it was a mistake. There are few teams in USAPL that you can do that with, and Richey isn't one of them.

And it's Copeland, not Cooper.

Nice rankings. We are accurately ranked. This season we are taking it easy. My only coordinator got married and is on his honeymoon. I'm letting various people play with the settings the rest of this season. I expect to be back next season (dependent on my coordinator, maybe he will enjoy his break off). I will keep the team as long as he is interested in putting in the time. Season 10 may be our last, depending on how he feels. If the game is on the right direction, we'll stick it out. Otherwise, its time to sell it and wait for Bort to fix stuff, then come back once the game works. I'm not interested in being a guinea pig anymore to a game broken and going the wrong direction.

Hopefully we avoid relegation (we should due to 2 teams folding, and having a win already).

I'm with ya tom... We're still in the playoff hunt, yet I find myself no longer caring this season. Bort never called me back, and stole my virginity

I figured the brains of our operation deserves a break. There's no chance we can fill in as well as he has done. I'm merely the heart of the team, and right now it's not beating much anyway. Bort's plan for player decline might have just been to bore people to death and hope they quit so new players who are actually buying flex points fill in the gaps.

Let me say what Tom really was trying to say....

I figured we were going to lose anyway so my best bet was to act like we were not trying. To take the heat off of me I am going to make up some super coordinator that doesn't exist. I have to fit myself somewhere in this post. Hmmm, Yea Heart I am the heart of the team. Now I must end this post with blaming it on Bort because that's the in thing to do nowadays for teams that are sucking.

Just Kidding of course Tom
