solid piece but i'd keep rolling, i got a tight spiral piece for my lvl 13 QB

I personally would rather have normal equipment attributes than turn shoulder.

I wouldn't really worry about AE at lvl 12. You can keep as many bonus tokens as you want. I would wait until you can roll for the lvl 32 + pieces.

lv24 is a good spot if you are impatient, otherwise 32,yep, turn shoulder isn't that good,
