First time DC here. I see everyone posting about coverage shells and whatnot in this forum. Do you, as a DC, actually do playcalling during the game? I couldn't find anything about that in the Tactics part of the team page.

No, you can either set the DAI up to call certain types of plays in certain situations. Or you can create your own plays with the DPC (Defensive Play Creator) and have the DAI calls those plays in certain situations. The game will sim with the options you loaded into your DAI.
