What Tactics is good so your get a Few Ints but a little more PDs in D league? Because I've been doing
Close: Stick to your man like glue, if you can.
Medium: Go for the Int/PD only if you have help over the top. Otherwise, play loose.

And No Ints. This season. And So far this season, I've started 8 games, have 35 Tackles, and have 26 PD. How I get more Ints?

Eh? It's just the d-leagues. Play stick close, semi-aggressive or aggressive, and play the pass and you might come across a couple of INT's. Your build will probably play a bigger role in performance and at such a low level, it's probably just a crap shoot - luck is the biggest factor. You might as well attempt to stat whore it even if tactics don't have much of an effect at your level, d-league isn't too serious. If you get beat it doesn't matter too much.

I wouldn't worry about interceptions. Keep pumping speed for now.

it depends too much on the receivers you're facing, the qbs you're facing, their strategies, your place in the depth chart and your build
