Good build--only criticism I have is that you added too much, too early to SAs, and to the wrong ones--for a C, Line General>everything.

meh, with centers, it doesn't matter as much once you're done putting points into str/blk. The secondary skill level up points are so small that they don't matter much anyway. That's not to say that I endorse that level of SAs before agi/spd/vis, it's just saying "you are screwing your build" is a bit extreme.
