Team has gone CPU. Player is built as a blitzer and at this stage of his build, likely cannot play anywhere but ROLB until his TCK comes up.

I am missing ALL level 24 EQ and would like that covered substantially in a signing bonus.

Only looking for a Day 40 deal right now, he's been on consecutive teams with crappy owners and I really don't want to make it three in a row, so let's try it out first.

I am not necessarily looking for a starting position but preference will be given to those teams offering one.

If you are going to ask for full EQ money, you are going to have to commit through season 10. That is a lot of money to ask for on a 20+ day deal on a non-booster.
