Strength, if its not at 68.

Try to avoid putting any SP into speed before level 22. Work on getting 3 of your 4 major skills as high as possible while training speed. This will put you in a great position to build speed up later as it is very important. Its just that the level gains you are getting now are key to building your FB.

assuming strength is 68, second cap agility while training speed/stamina. After that work on carrying & vision.

Seeing as SPEED is important, but gets no bonuses, would you dump equipment there? At least until you rounded the major stats?
