I would wait for something with a good SA or a % chance.

I would grab it and use it until something else comes along. Last time I checked, agility was fairly important around here. The +3 in agility is almost like getting an extra set of full equipment upgrades.

it's pretty good. I'd get it, it could be a long time before you find a better piece.
