My Level 30 has one sitting in the store, but the +1 catching that comes with it is less than desirable. How hard would it be to refresh a useful pair?

It took me a while to get it for my FB. I think its gold. I personally would buy it and use it.

I have a system that seems to work. Basically I intense train all season. That way I can build 16 bonus tokens per season. Then I normal train in the offseason so I can shop during the long offseasons. I go with the best AE I can find until the next offseason. If I wear 2 items and only upgrade them to level 24 its not to expensive to replace an average item with a great item. Once a great item is found I can commit more money to upgrading it.

Thats my 2 cents.

It's hard to come by believe me. I found one with +1 carrying, not great but it was the best I could find. I would just buy it and hang on to it until you find one better.

Wow, glad I asked. Thanks guys. I'll definitely pick it up then. Though I can hear the criticisms now. "You wasted points in catching!" HAHAHA! I can see how AEQ can make it look like EQ is spread out over too many skills.

I feel guilty upgrading basic EQ for 200,000.00 a pop. That's exactly why I was shopping now. Might as well be a more useful piece if I can find one. This will be his second piece of AEQ. The first one is +1 Pancake SA (now +4 speed, +3 Pancake SA). No buyers remorse there!
