When does it start?
You can start making predictions now, but the tournament is still wrapping up the Group Round, so the bracket is not quite fully set. Most of the match-ups are ready to go and the last scheduled Group Round game is on Saturday, 5/9 (Day 15.)
* There is going to be a VERY small window between the last game of the group round (Marblehead v. OTR, Day 15, 21:00 ... which will determine two bracket match-ups) and the first bracket game (Shockers v. Wolfpack, Day 16, 06:00), so the deadline for final entries won't be before that Shockers/Wolfpack game. Instead, it will be 1 hour before the next scheduled games (two games start at 21:00 of Day 16.) The Shockers/Wolfpack game will be a gimme for you if you wait to see the winner before making your picks.

How do I enter & play?
Step 1.
Go to the Bracket Maker web site ( http://www.bracketmaker.com/ ) and register. All you need is an email address to do so.
* You must register using your GLB account name. If you are currently registered with that web site under a different name, you must PM me with your registered name on the site. This is in place to prevent multiple ballots from being filled out.
Step 2.
Once registered, go to the Pro World Tournament bracket ( http://www.bracketmaker.com/tmenu.cfm?tid=321880 ) and click the "Predict It" link on the Tournament Bracket page.
* You must predict the entire tournament before the final entry deadline.
That's it.
It's just like an NCAA tournament pool that we've all played at work. Points are awarded 1 point for each correctly predicted 1st round game, 2 points for 2nd round, 4 points for 3rd round, and so on. You will have to fill out the 1st round, click enter, and then you can fill out the 2nd round, click enter, 3rd round, etc.
*You must also fill out a final score prediction for the Championship game. This will be used as a tie-breaker should we have a tie.
..... Tie-breaker breakdown:
.......... 1.) Predicted the correct winner of the tournament
.......... 2.) Total number of games correctly predicted
.......... 3.) Closest to Championship game point differential
.......... 4.) Closest to Championship game total points
.......... 5.) If still necessary, prize will be split amongst tied participants
How do I learn about the teams?
All the teams are Pro League teams and their league identification is listed on the bracket web site (OPL=Oceania, SAPL=South America, etc.). You can find the teams through the League's link http://goallineblitz.com/game/leagues.pl
