He's level 30, he had a pretty good last year I would say for a D Tackle, how can I improve? I know you can't expect monster numbers from DT's. But how can I get some?

Agility & Speed. Strength is fine and you could probably get away with around 75 if you can move more equip into agility. You also want agility at least 77 natural as soon as possible and then speed up to 70. After that, shed block.
