I recommend Speed, Agility to 74 and then carrying. You might get it faster if you go 68 68 68, but if you're going to go 74 with speed and agility you might as well take them up there first imo.

I have a level 32 RB that has a dark green rushing bar, and he hasn't hit any of those numbers yet.

I mean, I'm sure those numbers will give you a 60, but you should have it much quicker than that. In fact, those numbers would probably be a 63.

That's the path I took with my HB, it's just I can't remember when in that I hit dark green

I hear ya, I hit mine well before I hit all of those numbers.

I was at about 73 Speed/70 Agility, with mid to high 30s in all of the other attributes.
