Ok

1.Don't put any points into special abilities!! Until at least lvl 30
2.Train Agility/speed and don't apply any skill points until you can get speed up to 60 without equipment.
3.Then switch to agility/vision and get speed to 68.
4.Do the same thing that you did to speed to agility. don't apply skill points until you can get agility up to 60.
5.Switch to vision/jumping and get vision up to 48
