I'm looking for a team getting a 13 cap team next season.
I'll target my XP to stop me at level 13 + 900 XP for maximum effectiveness.
My build plan is as follows:
level 14: 73.6 cap speed + fill bar = 74.6
level 18: cap agility, train agility + vision
level 22: agility to 60
rest of career work on training vision and carrying up.
I'm a non-booster / no-custom for this specialized build, however his immediate builds will be..
level 16 equip: 86 speed, nothing to support
level 24 equip: 91 speed, 62 agility, 30+ vis/carry
In the lower tiered leagues, having a rushing QB this fast is a huge threat. While without boosting, I don't feel there is much value in much more SP beyond this current build (68 agi? capping vis/carry? not worth 900 flex / season thank you), but I do think he would remain effective for a franchise many seasons down the road, just because not much is needed out of this player besides raw speed.
