to be balanced, your goal is to 3rd cap speed, agility, and catching IMO.
probably in that order, though you might 2nd cap things 1st depending on your personal goals (current vs future).
then you'll move on from there.

If you're slowbuilidng him and not worried about being competitive now, then 3rd speed/agility/catching in that order. After that you can work on vision and jumping.

Train speed/agility until you can cap speed.
Train agility/vision while you take speed up to the 3rd cap.
Train catching/jumping while you get agility up to the 3rd cap. (You can also train vision with catching, just don't train it too far, the value of training something between 30-48 sucks)
Once you start working on capping catching, just train what you are lacking and gives you the best return on your training points. You're going to want to softcap jumping and vision at least, maybe take them to the 2nd cap. And you're going to need a decent amount of confidence, stamina, and carrying. I'd also advise adding some strength to help with catches and maybe breaking tackles, and a little bit of blocking to help your team with the run game, but those last 2 are up to you, a WR can get by without them.

I think he meant everything, when he said don't train it too far.
He was saying that once you get to 30 or so, you start to lose training value, in any attributes.
Basically, once you get to 30 or so, you can switch to something else.
You can still train things past 30, but it's probably best to do so, after you got the other important things to 30+.

I would take catching to the 3rd cap. You can get away with 2nd capped catching (that's all my season 1 receiver has and he does fine) but more catching is only going to help you. And I meant don't train vision too far. Train it with agility, then when you switch to training catching you can keep training vision with it, but once vision gets up to 30 I would switch to catching/jumping because it will be a much better value.

Yeah this is what I was trying to say. There's a chart floating around somewhere that shows what ranges give you the best return on your TP. I'm almost positive it's posted in this forum somewhere.

Based on the value of attribute gain in SP
Most Valuable Training
Any skill between 8-25
Any skill over 60
Any skill between 26-30
Any skill between 49-55
Any skill between 31-37
Any Skill between 56-60
Any Skill between 38-48.07
Least Valuable Training
So to get the most out of training in SP value, you'd train each useful attribute up to 25, then once they're all there switch to the attributes you have double capped.
