Has anyone taken carrying to the 1st cap? Has it had any effect? I definitely don't want to waste sp there unless it's gonna help.

Last Year:

3 broken tackles
5 drops (probably a few jarred loose in there as well)
59 catches
3.9 AVG YAC

This Year:

10 broken tackles
9 Drops
22 Catches
9.0 AVG YAC

Could be that S and LBs are playing more on Power/Balanced Tackling or something, giving more balls jarred loose at the expense of missed tackles?

Well - my TE has 68 catching and 54 carrying. He also has 6 in sticky hands, 15 in Ball Hawk and 15 in Sure hands. Plus - he has +11% catch ball chance AEQ. So - how's he doing?

Last game - 5 Receptions and 4 drops
Before that - 6 Receptions and 1 drop
Before that - 4 Receptions and 0 drops
Before that - 1 Reception and - drops
Before that - 2 Receptions and 2 drops

So - for the last 5 games, that's 18 receptions and 7 drops. NOT good, in my mind - especially since he had 7 drops in the last 2 seasons combined.

One thing I'm noticing though - is that the drops aren't so much drops. On the PBP, they are typically, "caught, knocked loose by ___, incomplete." So it appears to be more a case of catching the ball, then getting a monster hit, or something that pushed the ball out of my hands. So I agree that it's probably changes to the SAs on the defensive side of the ball. I'm thinking I'll be boosting strength to help address this - if it's not too late already.
