These really are not Power Rankings, are they? I thought they were just straight up Stats concerning US BBB#4. I could be wrong. If I am wrong, do I get to rub them a bit? I think about them all the time.

I keep waiting for Slavearm to say "and that's what that's all about" at the end of his posts.

These rankings really don't matter. According to these rankings BTB can loose the championship game and would still be miles a head of #2.

If I were to take the power rankings all the way thru the playoffs, and if that were to play out, then it's probably true. But I'm not planning on doing the rankings in the playoffs. I'm not sure what that would do to the stats only having some teams play, while others sit at home.

I don't see any reasonable method to account for coaching tactics other than ranking the wins more heavily. And without that, the rankings won't ever be 100% right. But what I've stated many times previously is that they're just based on the stats.

However, I do think that they are a bit more of a power ranking rather than just a statistical recap because of the other categories that I've tried to account for, such as % of the time you defense doesn't allow points to be scored, and the average number of plays your defense is on the field per opponent possession.

But you're right, in the end, these don't mean anything, and they're just for entertainment purposes.
