He's already at the 3rd cap if you count VAs...not to mention the Special Teamer VA which boosted his carrying even more. Guess it wasn't enough when they have a whole unit dedicated to ST though.

You know whats odd is you all assume what VA's are on these guys. Things are not always what you believe them to be, yes we have enough to field a ST units but the VA's are not what you might think on many of them.
