Need to start developing a build plan for this guy. Has failed to make an impact like most DEs this year.

Raw Speed 69; Agility 72; Vision 49 (+3 AEQ w/ closing speed)

I just rolled an AEQ with first step, so this could be an option

Lose the Closing Speed (worthless) and take the first step. That will make a pretty decent difference by itself.
