I know it will effect fumble chance if ur QB is running the ball, I guess my question is if it will effect the QBs chance to fumble if they are sacked while trying to throw. Does anyone know?

Yes, although IMO, QBs should be fumbling more than they do with the low carrying that I see everywhere.
