Yeah, I don't like Rec TE built with speed/agi first. But that's just me.

Good enough for what? I mean if you want him to have really high speed, well yea, he has it. Personally I think taking your speed much higher is somewhat of a waste although I'd get it to 68 since you're close already. I wouldn't put all his eq in speed either, especially if you want him to contribute at all this season.
