rush. It seems now everyone is getting the scramble QB what is a good defense to use against this?

Use the D-play creator and bring the SS and FS to the line of scrimmage on a blitz. It leaves your CB's in one on one coverage, but it will shut down the QB run. Make sure your coverage settings are all taken care of, you don't want to leave someone wide open.
