Not that bad, but I have been getting pancaked alot. Trying to get my strenght up some to deal with the Oline blockers I face in the 3-4. I think their high strength builds are whats causing it for my player.
Maybe your agility is playing into it too? My strength is almost 60, but my agility is higher and I only have like, 5ish pancakes on the season + preseason.
It definitely depends on your blitz amount and types too, and weight I would think.
Well, I've only got a level 3, but haven't gotten pancaked yet myself. I haven't even touched strength for training or anything, so I'm sure I will have this problem in a few seasons.
If your strength is in the 60's then im guessing you have low conf? I cant think of any other reason other than him getting pancaked and having his moral go in the shitter.

If you're strength is in the 60s, you have low strength. Offensive linemen and blocking TEs/FBs often push strength into the 70s and almost always have some EQ there. If your strength is 60 and you run directly into someone with strength over 100, you deserve to be pancaked.
Against someone that has Showboat Blocker, low confidence can be a killer. As a LB, you are going to get pancaked. The question is how you react after getting knocked down.
You are lining up as the RILB in the 3-4 and taking on LGs directly on a lot of plays. You are getting pancaked some early and probably a lot more later when you are lower on energy and morale. What is your energy at the end of these games? Morale? You may want to switch a piece of eq into strength, and see if there is a noticeable difference from 60 to 65.
Talk with your DC, if you are going to play inside LB in the 3-4, you need a different build from outside, you need to pick one and stick with it.
