IMO, for a MLB, yes. I assumed as much based on the levels of str/tck, it may be invalid, but I assumed Boltz knows what he's doing.

is speed at 68 natural? imo this is not a real good build for LOLB.

If this is an MLB, work up agility and tackling

If an OLB, work up speed and agility.

But regardless, p good build. 7.5 imo.
