We've been a very successful team, posting an 81-15 record in our six seasons of existence. So far in 3 scrimmages this season we've scored 293 points and given up 64 against equal competition. The 4th scrim was a gut job (233-0). We definitely have the pieces this season to make a run at the trophy.
I'm looking for a general manager to help me with the various tasks of running a team.
-player communication and retention
-player recruiting
-team vision and setting of future goals
-information gathering
-ego stroking and cry baby babysitting
-league and team forum activity director
-watch the replays and put a bug in the coordinators ear if something is wrong
-watch replays and put a bug in the players ear if something is wrong
the list can go on, there's a ton of work involved with running a successful and competitive team.
What i'm looking for:
-Experience is a plus but not necessary
-Being active is the most important. I want you involved in every detail
-Being a vocal and effective communicator. information is key in this game. i need help getting it in and dispersing it out.
-I prefer someone that doesn't GM for many if any other teams. I want someone that eats, drinks and breathes the cool breezes of Guadalcanal like I do.
If you think you have the time/energy to get involved, pm me and we'll start the process. Don't bullshit and waste my time because i have an itchy trigger finger and won't hesitate to fire your ass if the work isn't getting done. If you want to jump on a future Pro team and put your fingerprints all over it, this job is for you.
