I've got 30 VA points to spend.

My back is a third string back with 100 speed and 71 agility. 8 head fake, 7 juke, and 6 quick cut.

He is a fulltime special teamer, but my experiments with special teams VA's show that they're useless when it comes to quickness or speed.

quick feet

if you are returner do quick feet and return man. that would be a 60% bonus to HF, juke and spin would would be awesome.

if you dont want to do return man I would do slippery

I agree, max out quick feet no doubt. After that the VAs suck so Id use return man if hes the return man and I bet that would be a amazing combo for him.
