I personally wouldnt go for a 2nd one. TE needs to focus on catching the ball and breaking tackles afterwards. Even a TE BUILT for speed and agi prob wont blow away the DBs on a team in terms of speed because they have too many SA's to help them. You can get open..but you prob wont ever consistently outrun whole teams. Breaking tackles once you catch it should be more important. Outrun most of them..run over the last few and you are set. =)

Something like this is nice i reckon. I have some break tackle AE and 2nd capped strength. Otherwise nothing special apart from the obvious VAs to help out with that. TE is built for speed and agility otherwise.
