I currently have one piece of AEQ pass quality at +3 throwing, Pass quality +8%, I rolled Pass distance +3%, is this a good AEQ? I'd put it towards throwing of course, and probably not equip it right away unless it's really good, but I don't know if I should be looking for a piece that has Field General or some other SA affected since it's my second piece.
