So do think he'll be a good ROLB, I was on a team that told me to raise my Confidence up to 60 first. So do think I should retire and start over or if not how can I improve him.

what are speed and agility without eq?

agi to 68, tackling and strenght to cap.

I say get speed up a little higher still

I don't buy in to the confidence builds yet. Maybe one day. At this point I would cap tackling then triple cap agi then double cap vision.

Yea, not alot of people talking about the high confidence= high moral damage. But at the time I thought it was true. Maybe bort will confirm this one day. But I doub't it.

if he is only getting 1-2 tackles a game and 1-3 sacks a year, there is something wrong.. am i missing something?

good point. So this season is a make or break for him.
