lol, sure it is.

You are right... put all skill points into speed. Safeties do not need agility or vision... just speed.

Uh, maybe this is because my guy is a SS here (but we usually run a cover 2 shell which makes the 2 Safeties almost the same), but I find agility and vision EXTREMELY important! Sure, speed is king, but after that you want high agility and vision followed by the rest of the attributes. Poor vision really screws you over if all you have is speed and lower agility as (I've seen this happen a lot) you either misread the play and can't change direction in time and get burned, or your guy takes a crap angle and by then it's too late. Also, agility helps SO much in coverage. Ideal at level 45: Speed over 90 minimum, 70 agility, 45 jumping, 48 strength, 48 tackling, 60 vision

74 is one commonly accepted end point.

Honestly, FS is the only position on defense where I think you could really justify getting beyond 74 cap speed. Nerfs your short term value a lot, but I think long term it could pay off.

Yep...no position benefits from speed more than FS.

Would rather have a LB with 74 speed and 78 agility natural than a LB with 78 speed and 74 agility naturally. IMO past 95 total speed LBs don't gain as much.

After boostage my FS will have something like 70 speed and 62 agility, natural. Question is: Do I take speed to 74 first, or agility to 68?

Speed to 74, you have enough agility.

Ugh you never have enough agility if you have a number of tackle chances.......

I think it's perfectly acceptable to stop at 68 for vision, speed, agility. W/ ZS and BH VAs you get a huge boost during passes. SV and SC SAs are a huge boost to vision and Man-2-Man (if you're in that position). How much speed do you need w/ 15 ZS, BH and 10 SC (if you're worried about being burnt in man)?
