You need to retire and start over. By not assigning any SPs you've wasted all of your leveling bonuses thus far.

Slowbuilding isn't about just saving SP--it's by using them productively after training to reach caps as quickly as possible to maximize your level gains.

If you don't want to retire your guys, then allocate all your SP ASAP . . . get something second-capped.
