This is my first attempt at a guide so be nice. I had some friends check it over and the math seemed right... It's still a work in progress, just need to verify some tiny details.

Return Man

Definition of this Build:
A Slow Built CB who primarily plays PR/KR and possibly subs in as a 5th string CB to get the 30 plays a game required for max experience.

*If you don't know what slow building is, refer to this guide - http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=850710 .*

Slow Build Order

1. Intense Train Agility and Speed until you can cap Speed at 48, then switch to Agility + Vision while you cap Speed at 68.
2. Agility to 68 while Intense Training Vision + Confidence/Stamina (You could train either Confidence or Stamina but I would suggest Confidence)
3. Speed to 73 (before you cap Speed at 48, make sure you train it so that the training bar is around 90% or so. That way, when you cap it at 73 you can train it once to go up a full point to 74)
4. Agility to 73 (same training tip as above)
5. Vision to 60/68 while Intense Training Carrying + Confidence
6. Carrying to 60/68 while Intense Training Strength + Stamina
7. 10 in Return Specialist SA
8. 10 in Change Direction SA (I'm assuming it works the same as Quick Cut)
9. 10 in First Step SA
10. 10 in Super Vision SA

Veteran Abilities
15 Special Teamer (+15% to all attributes while playing ST)
15 Return Man (+45% to Vision, +30% to the success of Head Fake, Juke and Spin, +30% chance to not fumble)

Advanced Equipment

Roll a piece with the Juke SA and pump Speed into it.

Here's what you end up with at lv 48 with 30 VA's:

Base Attributes:
Speed - 80 + 34 EQ (7x4 +6)
Agility - 80
Vision - 60/68

Sum of Attributes (+VA %):

Speed - 80 x 1.15 +34 = 126

Agility - 80 x 1.15 = 92

Vision - 60 x 1.6 (45% + 15%) = 96 OR 68 x 1.6 = 108.8

Carrying - 60 x 1.15 = 69 OR 68 x 1.15 = 78.2

Now factor in the 30% bonus to the success rate of the Juke AE you just rolled and you have one hell of a Return Man.

*Someone check my math, I think it's right. And yes, you can have 80 base speed at lv 48 - my DE has 78 base Speed and Agility at lv 39 and I messed up his build.*

I'm no maths expert, but I think what you say looks pretty sensible. I'm slow-building one at the moment, and the only places I've diverged from what you suggest is that I've gone for carrying over confidence, and that I've already jumped to step 7 in your guide and pumped in some Return Specialist SA. At these low level cap leagues, I think it's going to work a treat - he's scored 22 return TDs in his 4 scrimmage games. Although the standard of opponent will get harder in the regular season, I think he's going to be a fantastic weapon for his team!

i hope you don't mind, Air18, I quoted you in a private returner's forum. I gave credit where credit is due. twice actually.

Only go to 60 with vision. The bonuses from special teamer and return man will more than make up for it.

Also, having used a piece of AEQ with juke on it on my kr/pr, it sucks. At 4 it doesn't seem to do very much at all. You're better off getting a piece with return spec or change direction.

You also need to put some SPs in strength for 2 reasons
- You need to hold on to the ball
- You will probably be a gunner on P and KO teams and need to make tackles and force fumbles.
The VA of "Slippery" is also useful, since getting it I've had 5x broken tackles.
