What do you guys think about this piece? Is the 5% increase by itself worth it or should I keep rolling for one with an attribute increase included?

Thats really hard to find. But that now, keep upgrading it, and get a shopping token every once in a while and see if you roll anything better, if you do, break it down and use the tokens for the new one.
the 5% pieces are really hard to find. if i came across a 5% fake chance..I would get that in a heartbeat for my HB.
