Interesting. In theory it looks good for LDE's...since they usually have the RT and TE on them.
Never found an AEQ piece for it though.

I got one. +3 agility +1 break through.
It wont be to a reasonable level until next season, when I get it up to +4 break through. I'll also be experimenting with heavy weight and strength equipment on my LDE this season, so feel free to follow how he goes and PM me if you like what you see and want build specifics.
