Last season, I took over the OC position of a 2-5 team that went 7-2 the rest of the way under me, and made the playoffs. Not only that, the scoring average went up over by 40 points/game. I also DC-ed a couple of the games since our DC's kids were sick, and held the other team scoreless.
Since our team has moved to a casual league (and there really isn't much to an OC's job in a casual league), I would like to be the OC of a PeeWee league team again. So, if you are still looking for an OC, let me know.
