Played MLB my first two years, but I've been moved to LOLB this year. I think that's better, because I don't quite have high STR.

important? I wouldn't say any SAs are important outside perhaps of protector and first step for LT and HB. Beneficial? QC can be beneficial. It negates the speed loss when changing directions. It's most useful in coverage and somewhat useful for blitzing, in particular blitzing from the outside.
