I think its great...i would be careful to have too much First step. If your back can't think as fast as he runs, it could be bad.

Was first step ever fixed? or is it only when the back is at a DEAD STOP.

Last quotes Ive seen from Bort seem to indiciate its still the same, basically from a dead stop.

So its only good right after the snap. It could come in really handy with good defenses to get thru the hole quick and when you cross the LOS, you still have a bit of room to put onn a "sizzle move."

I would not go up to 7 on it...but its still useful.

7 juke, 7 QC 7 HF

Work on getting them to 10 each. i am getting a QC AEQ piece, and I already have a Juke piece. So I will be at 7 for QC and Juke at the start of the season, but I need to work on the HF.

This is gonna be the season for the quick feet VA.

First step isn't even good from the snap since the handoff is basically preprogrammed/choreographed until the RB gets the ball. FS is mostly useful for receiving or maybe for powerbacks, who break tackles from dragging a defender.
