2. A top-notch owner. Roy is very loyal to his players, so much so to a fault. That loyalty has drawn criticism from some, but it that loyalty that attracts & keeps quality players & agents.
3. Top notch game scouting. (If I do say so myself since I mainly do the scouting.) I analyze what our opponent have done well in past games and what other teams have done against our opponents to see what type of team they are (run vs. pass focus), what direction they tend to run in and where they find the best success running & passing the ball. I also do the same to our opponent’s defense and try to break down where they may have a weakness and how we can exploit it. We game plan for offense and defense and post our plan in advance of each game so all players can have a chance of adding their input before final settings are done.
4. Playing time to max XP’s. You will get plenty of PT in order for your player to max his experience and get his stats.
5. An extremely active forum. Not just an active forum, but also a place to go where everybody knows your name. I guarantee you will find yourself logging on in between gamedays as well to find out the latest team, GBL and non-GBL news. But also to read/respond to one of our many entertaining and always changing threads. Check for yourself. And it's not just the same couple of guys posting. EVERYONE contributes. Access has been granted.
6. A great bunch of guys & gal. Most of this team has been together for more than a couple of seasons and we all have become friends.
7. Expert advice on player development. We have GM's who are certified experts on how to build a player at any position and how to improve a build.
8. A woman's touch. Yes we do have a female on the team. She is a very cool chick.
