I'm gonna do the rankings after the first three pre-season games are played. Every one should have their rosters finished by then and the first three games should be a really useful tool.

Gotham is still recruiting at this time. We are trying to bring in 2 more CB's and at least one more level 40+ WR's. We may have 3 level 45-48 WR's by the start of the season.
