Frazier is a pretty solid QB that has been amongst the elite in WEAA2 the past three seasons. He can make all the throws and has very good mobility. Overall, he's one of my most productive players. I'm currently developing him as a dual threat. For build info, send me a pm.

- AA team or better
- Good Oline and core of receivers
- The ability and willingness to pay for LvL 48 EQ
- Mature owner and staff
- Good team environment with mature agents
- Possible GM position with OC duties
- Forum Access upon request
