I wouldn't. Blocking is pointless, and you can find TV on other pieces.

At level 14, that's the best you'll find

At lvl 14? Get it. When you reach higher levels and purchase better AEQs (which is not even a guarantee), then you can sell it and use the bonus tokens on that.

However, get it. I have a lvl 40s DE that can't get shit on AEQ and he spent 60+ shopping tokens.

Is Tunnel Vision any good for DTs?
