Your strength and blocking are good, but your agility, vision and confidence are very poor for your level - they should all be maxed out at the first soft cap (49), at the very least. Your equip points are spread out thin - it's more productive to concentrate them all on one or two categories. It's nothing you can't fix with a little time.
