R. Van Persie is a lvl 30 speed WR with a great build for his level. His speed and agility are both already 68+ base with catching past the first cap. He is an explosive playmaker who would be a great fit for a team looking for a deep threat out of their WR's. I boost him every season all three times and he already has a full set of custom equipment. I would like him to start but will play him in a backup role if presented with a good opportunity. Contract is negotiable, I only want what is fair for his level. Money for lvl 32 equipment upgrades is preferred but not a deal breaker.
