I've got one with Monster Hit, another with Shed Block. Which one is more effective? Assume that they have no attributes associated with it.

depends on the position. shed blocks is pretty nice if you have high agility and good speed.

Shed Blocks SOUNDS good, but in my experience it doesn't work so well

Position is DE. the Build is more speed rush than power rush, so I was thinking shed block would be better, but would it be worth it to upgrade if I'm starting at a Monster Hit SA in the same body part of eq.

(I know, i should just try to get another piece on a different body part, but....)

The question you should ask for yourself is which one gives you a better chance of return on investment? Do you hit the QB or RB that often that Monster Hit is warranted? If you're only getting on average 1-2 sacks and 2-3 tackles a game, there's really no reason to get Monster Hit (I think this is a great SA for LBs that makes many tackles).

Shed blocks is basically a boost to your agility in terms of breaking blocks. It has no effect if your primary pass rush benefit is to race around the tackle untouched.
