Coordinator/Offensive Introduction
My name is Bobby and I'm the Offensive Coordinator (OC) for the Seoul Snatchers (Southeast Asia AA #1). I've been active and 'in the mix' so to speak since Season 1. I'm 110% Active when it comes to knowing all the changes in and amongst the game itself and quick to begin working with or against them, the absolute best we can. I've seen the top, and I've seen the bottom; I know how to get to the playoffs, and how to come forth in an effective way come crunch time. I'm a +Pass styled OC, running a west coast style offense, playing the field in a fair spread, excluding 'airing the ball out', pushing it long every time. I run my side of the game in a professional manner, with active [Offensive] threads regarding games, player builds, etc.. I base my personal 'style' in a more personable manner, apposed to "win, win, win, by any means". I'd rather get a GOOD bunch of guys together than one or two blow-out stars who are bland. So I ASSURE you, your players level of comfort is my number one priority. I would NEVER wish a bad situation on anyone.
Below I've taken the liberty in breaking down what I would prefer to pickup. I'd appreciate it if you the agent would do your best to present your player(s) as close to my requirements, because honestly, with the drought in the market there's ALOT of work that needs to be done and not enough time.
