By You is a FA, here's what's important to him:
* Starts- He's been a backup too long, looking to step up.
* Good Quality team- If you didn't make the playoffs you're not what he's looking for.
* Active Fun Forum- Gameplans, chatter, etc.
* $- Not in the contract but he does need to upgrade all 4 pieces of equipment.
* Contract- 1 year, ends day 40, if the team is fun and successful I'll extend.
