I don't want to make him a powerback. That much I know. Then it comes down to being either balanced or elusive. Not sure which to do. Also, not sure how to go about building him and since he's only level one, I want input before I screw his build up.

speed > agi > carry > str = balanced.

So should I just stick all my SP's into speed?

depends. if you use the slow build method then dont stick anything anywhere yet(not to be confused with a sexual meaning)
