What I'm looking for...
1. a starting spot
2. a team who is at least balanced and doesn't just run the ball 70 times in every big game
3. equipment paid for in full and a minimum contract. Ike won't hit 40 until right before the playoffs anyway, so upfront money is not big deal at all.
