To me, taking out a loan defeats the purpose of expanding the stadium. The money the expansion brings in that should be paying your veterans, is going out on loan payments.

Well, even a 10% gain is a gain. You'd just have to work out the math, I guess.

first of all you know you build more seats during the season and more sections(the ones that cost a million or more) in the offseason.

you, just making sure u knew that...but i was thinking if i baught the 1 million dollar section. it comes with 1840 seats at 36$ a ticket. that only come to $66,240? i must be missing something.

duh i would to take that times the 8 homes games so that would be a extra 529,920 year, plus a little more for consessions. so in 2 years it more then pays for itself

Yeah, the ROI takes a year or two but its required to expand early to keep up with rising costs of players. May not be an issue though being that they are talking of level caping leagues AA and below next season.
